Diabetes is a group of metabolic disorders in which there is high glucose level and if left untreated can cause many dangerous complications. WHO projects that it will be the seventh leading cause of death in 2030.

To prevent it you have to maintain good healthy diet, regular physical exercise and normal body weight.
