TIPS TO LIGHTEN DARK INNER THIGH NATURALLY


Dark skin in inner thigh is embarrassing and sometimes painful.
Obese are more susceptible because both thighs rub against each other, but although exposure to sun can cause change in color and use of chemical products.
If you want to lighten this area naturally , here are the ways:

1-Exercise regularly .



2-Lemon or Orange peels.
Apply it in dark areas then leave for 15 minutes then rinse with cold water.

3-Cucumbers.
Put slices on dark circles also for 15 minutes then rinse with water.

4-Turmeric.
Mix it with milk cream then apply it.

5-Baking Soda.
Mix 1 teaspoon with milk or water and honey then apply for a couple of minutes.
